Make sure to include time for meals, exercise, relaxation, socializing, and medication management in your daily routine. This will help you maintain balance in your life and avoid feeling overwhelmed or out of control.

2. Exercise regularly: Exercise has been shown to be an effective way of managing symptoms of depression and anxiety associated with bipolar disorder. Aim to get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise each day—this could be anything from walking or swimming to yoga or weightlifting—to improve your overall wellbeing and maintain your energy levels throughout the day.
