Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. It can be caused by stress, anxiety, depression, certain medications, poor sleep habits, and other medical conditions. Symptoms of insomnia include difficulty falling asleep at night, waking up during the night and not being able to fall back asleep, waking up too early in the morning, feeling tired during the day despite getting enough hours of sleep, and having trouble concentrating.
