Lung Cancer

Lung cancer is a type of cancer that begins in the lungs. It is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in both men and women. The most common type of lung cancer is non-small cell lung cancer, which can be further classified into several subtypes. Symptoms of lung cancer may include coughing, chest pain, shortness of breath, and weight loss. Treatment for lung cancer may include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or a combination of these treatments.
