Urinary Incontinence

Urinary incontinence is a condition in which a person experiences involuntary leakage of urine. It can range from mild to severe and can affect people of all ages. Common causes include weakened pelvic floor muscles, pregnancy, childbirth, obesity, neurological conditions and certain medications. Treatment options vary depending on the cause and severity of the condition but may include lifestyle changes such as bladder training, pelvic floor exercises or medications. In more severe cases, surgery may be necessary.
