Simple Steps for Preventing Colds and Flus



The cold and flu season is upon us, and it's important to take steps to stay healthy and prevent the spread of germs. Here are some simple steps you can take to reduce your risk of getting a cold or flu:

7 . Get Enough Sleep : Make sure you get enough sleep every night in order for your body to stay healthy . Aim for 7-9 hours per night if possible .
