GERD Diet Tips for Managing Symptoms



Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a common digestive disorder that affects millions of people worldwide. Choose lean proteins like fish or poultry instead of red meat when possible and opt for low-fat dairy products such as skim milk or yogurt instead of whole milk varieties whenever possible too!

5. Eat Slower & Chew Thoroughly: Eating slower allows your body time to digest food properly while chewing thoroughly helps break down food into smaller pieces that are easier for your body to digest which may decrease chances of experiencing any GI discomfort due to GERD flareups!
