How to Live a Healthy Lifestyle Despite Having GERD



Living with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) can be difficult, but it doesn't mean you have to give up on living a healthy lifestyle. Here are some tips to help you manage your GERD while still living a healthy lifestyle:

1. Monitor Your Diet: Eating certain foods can trigger symptoms of GERD, so it's important to keep track of which foods cause issues for you and avoid them as much as possible.
