How to Follow a Healthy Diet Plan that Helps Prevent and Treat Gingivitis



Gingivitis is a common form of gum disease that can cause inflammation, swelling, and bleeding of the gums. Fortunately, following a healthy diet plan can help prevent and treat gingivitis. Here are some tips on how to follow a healthy diet plan that helps prevent and treat gingivitis:

1. Eat foods high in vitamins A, C, and D. Vitamins A, C, and D have been found to be beneficial for oral health because they help reduce inflammation in the mouth as well as strengthen teeth and gums.
