How to Relieve Neck Pain with Stretching

Neck pain is a common problem that can be caused by a variety of factors, including poor posture, stress, injury, and even the natural aging process. Fortunately, there are several stretches you can do to help relieve neck pain and improve your overall mobility. Here are some easy stretches to try:

1. Chin Tuck: Start by sitting or standing with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. Gently tuck your chin towards your chest until you feel a stretch in the back of your neck. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds before releasing. Repeat this stretch 3-5 times per day for best results.

2. Neck Rotation: Begin by sitting or standing with your back straight and shoulders relaxed. Slowly turn your head to one side until you feel a gentle stretch in the opposite side of your neck. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds before releasing and repeating on the other side. Do 3-5 repetitions on each side per day for best results.

3. Shoulder Shrugs: Stand up straight with arms at either side of the body and shoulders relaxed. Gently lift both shoulders up towards the ears as high as possible without straining yourself then release them back down again slowly while exhaling all at once through pursed lips (like blowing out candles). Repeat this exercise 10 times per session for best results
