Managing the Pain of Shingles: Natural Remedies for Relief



Shingles is a painful and uncomfortable condition that affects many people. Foods known for their anti-inflammatory properties include fatty fish like salmon & tuna (which are high in omega-3 fatty acids), leafy greens like spinach & kale (which contain antioxidants) as well as nuts & seeds (which contain healthy fats). Additionally adding spices like turmeric & ginger which both contain compounds known for their anti-inflammatory effects can also be beneficial when trying natural remedies for managing pain due to shingles!


5 .Get Adequate Rest: Finally getting enough rest is incredibly important when dealing with any illness or condition – including one such as shingles!
